These summary terms apply to GK Studio Ltd photography, videography, live streaming and visual production enquiries. Final booking terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on event type, location, date, production requirements, hours, crew and delivery needs. A booking is confirmed only after written agreement and any required deposit.

Client responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate event details, access information, schedules and any venue restrictions before production day.

Delivery

Delivery timelines vary by project scope and will be confirmed in writing. Editing requirements beyond the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed for each booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the agreed terms.

Usage rights

Usage rights for photos and videos are agreed per project. Commercial usage, advertising and licensing may require written agreement.
